My name is Hayley and I'd like to welcome you to my sandbox.
I have worked in the high tech industry for over 30 years, in many roles including tech support, help desk manager, business analyst, project manager, network engineer, software engineer, and more. I like to help people. My passion is customer service. I like the instant gratification of making sure someone's issue is resolved.
I am a certified Crystal Healer, Reiki practitioner, board-certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and am certified to teach Dr. Sara Gottfried's The Hormone Cure, based on her book of the same name. As I work on using my skills to get myself healthy, I realize that I want to help women who have challenges reaching their goals. Like me, they know what they are supposed to do, but have a tough time doing it. Also, I want to help (peri)menopausal women see that they will not lose their femininity, so they can continue to live their lives on their own terms.
